Written with the busy individual in mind, Jon Benson's 7 Minute Muscle is
promoted as the "fastest gimmick-free method to build lean muscle and burn fat." I'll admit that at
first glance, the idea of building muscle and achieving your fitness goals in just 7 minutes a day sounded a
bit far-fetched to me.
But after reading 7 Minute Muscle for myself, I'm convinced that it is one of the best workout programs on the
market today. If you've ever desired to accomplish more things in less time, then 7 Minute Muscle is a
must-read. You will not be disappointed.
Jon opens the book discussing his challenge to be more efficient with his time, both personally and
professionally, and how facing this challenge led him to the question, "what is the least amount of time required
in the gym to see the greatest results possible?"

It's not a question that I had really considered much myself, but it is an important one to contemplate.
